• Send automated email sequences

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential

3.2 Account Responsibility

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Starter: $49/month - 1,000 emails per month
• Professional: $149/month - 5,000 emails per month
• Enterprise: $499/month - 25,000 emails per month

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

4.3 Usage Limits

Email sending limits are enforced based on your subscription tier. Exceeding your monthly limit will pause your campaigns until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or violate CAN-SPAM Act
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Service Availability and Modifications

9. Limitation of Liability
